Description:

A small, simple jug, sparsely decorated in orange lustre with a coloured garland of flowers surrounding the verse - 'HEALTH TO THE SICK. HONOUR TO THE BRAVE. SUCCESS TO THE LOVER. AND FREEDOM TO THE SLAVE.' Sublime.

Circa 1850-65

Approx - 3.25 inches (85mm) tall.

In very good condition throughout with a firing crack from the rim through to the garland.
